Our Intro to Zoo Life course is aimed at those wanting to get a better understanding of careers within a zoo environment.

With a mixture of classroom workshops, animal encounters and behind the scene access, this one-day course will be the perfect insight into Zoo life.

Open to adults aged 18+, this course will be run by our award-winning education team from 10am – 3pm and will have a maximum of 12 adults to ensure they’re part of something special.

Itinerary: 

10am – Arrival
10:15am – 11:15am – Zoo Tour
11:15am – 11:45am – Careers powerpoint/workshop
11:45am – 12pm – Conservation workshop
12pm – 1 pm – Lunch (not provided)
1pm – 1:30pm – Animal training powerpoint and example
1:30pm – 2:15pm – Close Encounters
2:15pm – 3pm – Enrichment powerpoint
3pm – Finish
