Reopening Information

Following the government roadmap, we are hoping to be able to reopen our doors on Monday 12th April.

With COVID-19 secure measures in place, enjoy a safe outdoor experience, say hello to the animals you love, reconnect with nature and have some fun!
All tickets must be booked online in advance prior to visiting us. You can pre-book your tickets by clicking on the ‘BuyTickets’ box at the top of the webpage or click HERE.
THANK YOU to everyone who has supported us by donating, joining as a member, adopting and so much more. You have helped us care for our animals during some of the toughest times we have experienced as a charity.
We still need your support and every penny makes such a huge difference. To make a regular monthly or a one-off donation, please click HERE.
We’re counting down the days until we can welcome you back!

I was given a gift from my boss to be ‘ keeper for the day with lunch for 2 persons’ for my birthday (60th) but due to Covid I have not been able to use them. I have spoken with people at the zoo who said they would be notifying those with vouchers when this would be possible but have not heard anything?

Can you please inform me as to when this is likely to happen so that I can make the necessary arrangements with my daughter who I would be bringing along with me.

      Hi there,
Sorry but currently there is no update due to the Covid restrictions. We are hoping to be able to get this up and running from June onwards. Do we have your email address so that we can contact you once the situation changes? Many thanks.

Hi, due to tickets only being able to be prebooked what is the situation of the day selected the weather is horrific? Do we have option for refund or to move to another day in hopes the weather may be better? I understand the weather is outside your control however we would normally book one the day or pay on arrival when wish to visit but this is not an option due to covid.

Did you get a response to your question? Same would apply I guess to those who book but then have to isolate

Hi there, we are happy to move the dates of tickets ifyou need to self isolate – no problem at all. Just give the zoo a call and we can do that you you.
