Snacks
Mid-morning, pop in and head to the Meerkat Coffee Bar for a steaming hot cup of coffee and delicious slice of cake.
We serve a light brunch menu from 10am – 11:30am where you can find oven baked croissants, toast and jam, bacon rolls or if you are really peckish, try our breakfast bap!
Throughout the day, we offer a selection of freshly made sandwiches from the lovely people of ‘Lunch’ in Ivybridge or a freshly baked hot pasty from our friends at ‘Phat Pasty’. Along with a large selection of confectionary, cakes, and savory snacks to keep you going until ‘feeding time at the zoo’.
Lunch
From 11am, our kitchen is open serving hot meals. Our seasonal menus host some family favorites such as nachos, freshly toasted paninis and a selection of 10.5″ pizzas for the family to enjoy.
Our Devon beef burgers, locally sourced from Dart Fresh, are sure to satisfy the hungriest of carnivores, whilst the herbivores can seek nourishment from our homemade vegan dahls.
Specials
Our regularly changing specials board is often full of seasonal delights, from wintery stews to summer salad boxes. We cater for any dietary needs, with many items on the menu adaptable with gluten free or dairy free options. A full allergen matrix is available on request and our team will do all they can to ensure there is something for the strictest of diets.
Children
For your little zoo explorers, there’s classic kids favourites like chicken bites, haddock goujons or mini burgers. Or grab and go with a jungle lunchbox including a ham or cheese roll, mini cheese, Pom Bears, a jelly squeeze, a chocolate frog and a bottle of water.
Kiosk
Our kiosk near the big cats is open all weekend (and midweek during school holidays) with a fantastic choice drinks, snacks and ‘seriously good ice cream’ flavours, from local ice cream legends ‘Yarde Farm’ of Plympton.
